Hatley Park National Historic Site

Truffles Catering is the exclusive caterer for Hatley Park National Historic Site.

For romantic weddings or stately dinners, Hatley Park is one of the most dramatic and breathtaking venues anywhere in BC and the Pacific Northwest. History, heritage and horticulture blend in a magnificent setting, providing a backdrop of grace and elegance for any event.

CANOE Brewpub, Marina & Restaurant

CANOE Brewpub, Marina & Restaurant is owned by the Truffles Group Inc., the parent company of Truffles Catering. As such, we are able to offer you this stunning heritage location as a setting for your private party or large event.

We will work with the talented team of CANOE to plan and execute the food, beverage and décor. CANOE is a multi-use facility that can accommodate groups up to 500. CANOE is the CAMRA Pub of the Year for 2003 - 2006.

Truffles Catering Kitchen

The Truffles Catering Kitchen at our primary facility is also available for group incentive events. We have hosted Iron Chef competitions for team and executive leadership sessions and bride-to-be information events.

We also host a winter cooking school for those interested in learning more about entertaining with organic, wild, free-range and heritage produce, meats, and fish native to Vancouver Island.

By land, by sea, by air, on a beach, in a boat, in a pub, center stage... let's have some fun. We don't need four walls - we can bring them with us. We don't need a floor, when we have sand, grass or beds of lavender.
