Truffles Catering is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Truffles Group Inc., a well known and respected food and beverage company, based in Victoria B.C.
The flagship company of The Truffles Group is Truffles Catering. Founded in 1991, by Don Calveley, Truffles Catering has grown to become the largest catering company in the greater Victoria area. The Truffles Group also owns CANOE Brewpub, Marina & Restaurant, Cascadia Liquor Stores, and Habitat at Royal Roads University which provides food services for the university.
The organization is deeply entrenched in Victoria with extensive expertise in the marketplace, having been in business in the region for 17 years. The CEO and President Don Calveley, and Director of Operations John Reese, have a cumulative total of 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
