Fabulous event Melanie!! Really delicious food, great flow and wonderful evening! The lamb with lassie was perfect, loved the little squash bread puddings with quenelle of sweet peas, the oysters with different varietals was a great touch .... brilliant station with the miso sablefish, and the carvery was divine with the veggie mash and a perfect rare temperature on the meat! Our guests we're thrilled with the entire evening - and the crepes were a fabulous finish - we departed the event with a great feeling of "above and beyond". This is the third time Stefan & I attended, this year was absolutely top notch and really was impressive from beginning to end.
