I just wanted to say a quick thank you to you and the entire team at Truffles Catering. You and your team did an amazing job this past weekend. Thank you very much for helping to coordinate the evening. Please pass on a thank you as well to Sandy and the rest of the team there on Saturday. We have been completely inundated with staff emails commenting on how FABULOUS the food was on Saturday. We are honestly hearing so many comments that this was the best food ever catered at any of our previous Christmas parties. Truffles has raised the bar that is for sure. We cannot say enough good things about how the event went, thanks in large part to the food, the ambiance created, the service, and the overall helping nature of all your staff. The bartenders were great. Please pass on our thanks and appreciations to your supervisors as well. We would like them to know your efforts in making this night a huge success for us for Island Savings. If we are in Victoria next year, don’t be surprised to get another call from us.
