All too often you only get the complaints, and I wanted to let the staff at Truffles know how impressed I am with their service. I order from Truffles quite regularly and have never been let down by the service. Everyone, from the people I order from to the people who deliver it have consistently been cheerful, helpful and professional (and the food is always amazing, a true testament to the kitchen staff). Today, I called Truffles in a panic; I had forgotten to order a lunch for a very important meeting today. Shannon was so helpful. She confirmed that she would have a driver downtown around noon, but before promising me delivery, she had to check with her kitchen. Five minutes later, she called and told me that it would be no problem getting me a lunch for my noon meeting. A few minutes later she called again, having noted that I often ordered a vegan lunch, and was wondering if I would need one today. I didn’t, but appreciated the extra attention to detail and customer service she gave in checking with me. It is that kind of customer service that gives Truffles its great reputation.
