I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that all those things I said about Truffles that were printed in the paper way back when - when I hadn't had an opportunity to actually try Truffle's services...are all TRUE. I was just faced with a calamity that was totally diffused because of the deft handling by Shannon, Melanie and Katie (who gave up her day off). To put you in the picture...on Thursday a party that we had booked for 60 people on Sunday had lost it's venue and as a consequence its catering. Fortunately we were able to find a suitable home with an obliging hostess that could handle 60 people and with only a few phone calls to Truffles our dilemma was solved. Your catering department came through with the best buffet meal we could possibly have hoped for. The food was beautifully presented, absolutely delicious, well within our budget and the talk of everyone who attended. There is no way we can thank Shannon, Melanie and particularly Katie enough for their gracious and professional handling of this emergency situation on very short notice. They were wonderful and the fundraiser was a huge success. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and outstanding staff. Truffles saved the day...
