Don is the founder and leader of the Truffles Group of companies. Don accumulated 25 years experience working in restaurants, hotels and event organising around the world, prior to returning home to establish his own businesses.
John Reese
Vice President Operations
John has extensive operations and management experience in all aspects of hospitality and service industries. John works closely with all of the General Manager’s ensuring quality and consistency in all areas of operations.
Robyn Smale
Director of Sales & Marketing
Robyn has over 20 years experience working in sales development, client relationship management, contract and business management in a range of service based industries.

Alistairs expertise comes from extensive experience in catering, hotel food and beverage management and event management in both the UK and Canada.

Responsible for everything on-site, Sandy has worked with Truffles for over 8 years, ensuring our service standards are second to none.

Event Planner
Shannon brings strong operational experience gained from events and banqueting in premium hotels.

Event Planner
With a background in culinary and in operations Melanie understands the importance of balancing culinary and event precision.
JP Green
Executive Chef
A graduate of Camosun College JP joined the Truffles Group 6 years ago after working at the Union Club. With a cool head when others can easily loose theirs JP has lead the creative team at Truffles Catering for the last 3 years.
Reagan Nolan
Sous Chef
Graduate of George Brown College for Chefs and Advanced Pastry Art Reagan’s experience spans many disciplines from restaurant and hotel experience with Delta Hotels, to local companies such as Oak Bay Marine Group and Pure Vanilla.
Mike Threlfall
Assistant Operations Manager
Mike has been with Truffles for over 4years, firstly working within our Express catering and subsequently moving within the company to become our #2 in event execution and help lead our team of On Site Managers.
