Truffles has been catering weddings and social events for nearly 20 years, evolving with our clients as styles and desires change. We bring considerable experience to each event, so you can be sure that all attention and every care will be focused on your special day.

Size

We seamlessly deliver simultaneous events at multiple locations for over 1,000 guests. We have a huge depth of knowledge of the industry, including partner venues, staffing and equipment.

Expertise

We employ expert staff, including a dedicated event planner to walk you through all the steps of planning an event. Events include a dedicated on-site manager to keep things running smooth.

Everything in One Place

We do it all: provide rentals, purchasing, alcohol service and transport, venue bookings, décor assistance, supplier correspondence and general peace of mind!

Truffles Catering has been awarded a Gold level status by the Vancouver Island Green Business Certification program and is a recipient of the ‘Saanich Peninsula Green Business of the Year’ Award.

Community

Truffles donates over $50,000 per year to local charities through in-kind contributions. We use locally sourced products where possible.

Communication and planning with other event suppliers is part of our service. This allows our team to schedule effectively; knowing exactly what to expect and how to best provide our service as part of the bigger picture of the day.
