"I want to thank you for everything you and your staff did to make this wedding so perfect, your staff was so professional and I was totally impressed that the buffet never looked less than full. Of course my favourite was the coastal pasta salad and the cedar plank salmon (I love my seafood). Also Jannine, the caramel apples were the talk of the guests staying at the hotels, so yummy!
